Private Advisory

From a first conversation to a confident final decision.

We work with a limited number of families each year, on bespoke engagements. Each level of advisory stands on its own — and together they form one continuous accompaniment, centred on your child.

An integrated approach

Private school guidance.

Each level of our advisory is meaningful on its own — yet they are designed to build upon one another. A family may begin with a single consultation, or engage in a continuous accompaniment from the first conversation through to a confident final placement.

Whichever the starting point, every engagement remains centred on one thing: a careful, personal understanding of your child.

Three levels of advisory, one continuous journey
01

Private Consultation

A measured starting point. We listen carefully to your child's background, character and aspirations, and offer an impartial overview of the educational paths worth considering in Switzerland — with no obligation to go further.

What it includes

  • A confidential discussion of your child's profile and objectives
  • An overview of relevant Swiss paths — private schools, boarding, curricula
  • Clear, independent answers to your initial questions
  • A sense of which directions merit deeper exploration
02

School Strategy Advisory

Building on the consultation, we study your child's strengths, learning style and ambitions in depth, then shape a focused shortlist — weighing not only academic standing, but environment, culture and personal fit.

What it includes

  • An in-depth review of your child's profile and learning style
  • A curated shortlist of suitable schools and programmes
  • Guidance on curricula — IB, A-Level, Swiss Matura, American
  • A clear roadmap of timelines and admissions expectations
03

Private Placement Advisory

Our most comprehensive engagement. We accompany your family at every step — applications, interviews, assessments and school visits — bringing structure and discretion through to a confident final decision.

What it includes

  • Full management of applications and the admissions process
  • Preparation for interviews and entrance assessments
  • Coordination of school visits and family logistics
  • Support through to enrolment and the final decision
Beyond school placement

Camps & immersions.

Alongside school selection, our advisory extends to the wider needs of an international family — read through the same lens.

Winter & summer camps

For many families, a camp is the first taste of Switzerland.

A well-chosen winter or summer camp is far more than a holiday. It is a low-commitment, fully immersive way for a child to discover the language, the alpine environment and the rhythm of a Swiss school — building confidence, independence and friendships along the way.

Many of the institutions in our database run their own seasonal camps — a meaningful way to experience a school first-hand before any longer-term decision.

Language programmes

Language is the foundation of a successful placement.

For many international students, an intensive period of English, French or German — ahead of entry or alongside it — is what makes the difference between simply coping and genuinely thriving. The right programme prepares a child linguistically and culturally for Swiss and international education.

Several institutions in our database offer in-house language support and bilingual pathways — we help identify the right linguistic fit alongside the academic one.

Conciergerie.

A placement is more than a school — we look after everything around it.

Placing a child abroad involves far more than the institution itself. We can liaise with — and reach out to — schools directly on your behalf, and take care of visas and guardianship, accommodation, travel and the day-to-day logistics of an international move, all with the same discretion as the educational advice itself.

We remain fully at your disposal, and can arrange additional, bespoke support as needs arise. For families based abroad, distance is often a decisive factor — and a trusted, permanent presence on the ground in Switzerland is, for many parents, deeply reassuring.

Additional support can include

  • Real estate search & purchase advisory
  • Long- and short-term rentals
  • A curated selection of premium hotels
  • Financial & administrative services
  • Travel, transport & relocation logistics
  • Chauffeur services & car rental
  • Guardianship & local representation
  • Medical & wellbeing support
