Academic & learning environment

ISZL is an IB World School running the Primary Years and Middle Years Programmes and, in the senior years, the IB Diploma alongside the school's own high school diploma. Pupils in the final two years may also take Advanced Placement courses audited by the College Board. The school is NEASC-accredited and a member of CIS.

Student experience

Younger pupils attend the Zug campus for early years through middle school, while senior students move to the Riverside campus for high school, with a dedicated outdoor education centre at Chalet Bergheim. As a day school, it draws an international community from across the central Swiss region. The two-campus structure gives each age group its own setting.

Extra-curricular activities

More than 130 clubs and activities run alongside over 70 competitive sports teams, giving pupils a wide choice across sport, the arts and special interests.

Admissions

Admission is by application, with a one-time non-refundable registration fee on enrolment.
